Physical therapy uses hands on techniques and corrective, therapeutic exercises to address a variety of musculoskeltal problems.  All care is performed by Todd Forman, PT.  Todd has over 18 years of clinical experienced and is a recognized authority in orthopedic rehabilitation.

Physical therapy begins with a detailed biomechanical evaluation which identifies the problem areas in your body.  From this evaluation, Todd can plan the specific course of treatment to best resolve your problem.

Todd prides himself  on practicing physical therapy following the "family rule": treat each client like you would treat a member of your own family.  Each session is one-on-one- you will always have the exclusive, undivided attention of your therapist.  Each visit lasts approximately 45 minutes to allow for complete treatment sessions that are never rushed.

Todd commonly sees clients with:

  • back and neck pain
  • sprains and strains
  • shoulder tendonitis and bursitis
  • ankle sprains
  • knee pain
  • plantar faciitis
  • tennis and golfer's elbow
  • pain in the shoulder blade region
  • weakness or decreased endurance
