From the Intersection of Routes 128 and 9 (Wellesley)

1. Take Rt. 9 west for approximately 4 miles.
   Immediately after crossing into Natick, get in the right lane as you go up a hill.
2. Turn right at traffic light onto Oak St. (Right after "Jiffy Lube" on right.)
3. Go 3/4 mile on Oak St. then turn right at "Longfellow Sports Club and Integrative Therapeutics" sign.
4. Parking and entrance for Integrative Therapeutics is at the far end of the lot on the right.

From the Intersection of Routes 128 and 30 (Newton)

1. Take Rt. 30 west for 4 miles.
2. At traffic light turn left onto Oak St.
3. Go 0.9 mile on Oak Street
4. Turn left at "Longfellow Sports Club and Integrative Therapeutics" sign.
5. Parking and entrance for Integrative Therapeutics is at far end of lot on right.
